New entity

We need to collect some information about you and your entity. We will use this information to setup your entity's data and create your account. You can change your account profile later on if you so desire.

What is the name of your entity? The entity name will appear on pages and reports. It does not have to be a legal name, just what you want your oganization to be called.
We will not share your entity's name with anyone else.
Choose an ID for your entity. The entity ID is a short name that will be used to uniquely indentify your entity from all others. Each time you login you will enter this name. It should be something that will be easy for all your users to remember. The ID must consist of letters and digits only.
In what country are you located? By knowing your location, we can choose settings for your account that are appropriate for your country. Each user will be able to set their own country.
What is your full name? Your name will appear on pages and reports throughout the application. It should be whatever you want to be called.
We will not share your name with other organizations.
What is your email address? This must be a valid email address with another service provider. Each time you login to our application, you will enter this email address. It must be unique among all the users in your entity. We will also use it whenever we need to communicate with you outside of our application; e.g. to send you a new password or inform you of other important events.

Choose a password for your account. Your password should be something that is easy for you to remember (and type) and difficult for others to guess. We recommend a combination of letters, digits and special characters. Passwords are case sensitive and must be at least 8 characters in length.
